In my bridal era! Literally best day of my life, they aren’t kidding when they tell you that.

I found my love for Event Planning in college after I changed degree directions, shifting from Journalism and testing the waters in an introductory event workshop. From there, I graduated from the University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!) with my Bachelors in Business Management and a Certificate in Event Management.

My work experience has taken me everywhere from an intern at a hotel working with their events team to a bar crawl Event Manager in Cedar Rapids! Currently, I work as an Event Manager for Fireside Winery in Marengo. My time is spent managing our event rentals and booking weddings! So as you can see, I just can’t get enough of the wedding world!

In my free time, you can find me reading the newest Abby Jimenez book, watching TV with my husband, Cole, or playing outside with my two-year-old miniature dachshund, Winston.
