Full-Service Planning including: Vendor Sourcing and Booking, Timeline Creation, Wedding Design, Budget Tracking, Wedding Day and Rehearsal Management, Customized Bridal Binder, Monthly Planning Meetings, and Unlimited Q&A Support.

After our booking meeting where the initial vision is discussed, I’ll search for vendors I believe will execute the style you’re searching for. After my search, all vendors will be presented to you with availability on your wedding date & quotes.
Vendors included in this: photographer, venue, DJ, catering, florals, & additional activations.
Nothing is signed or paid for without your approval, because this is your day of course!

Enjoy peace of mind at the wedding and rehearsal with wedding day management. Everything from enforcing your timeline to day-of vendor communication and making sure you have a drink in your hand at all times will be handled! I’m here to be your personal assistant, enforcer, voice of reason, and everything in between.
Rehearsal Management: up to 3 hours included

Communication is KEY for me as a planner, so I implement monthly planning meetings to keep us both on track and all questions answered. These meetings will include an update from me on new decor ideas, vendor updates, RSVP management, and any other questions that you may have for me.
You’ll always have access to my email with a guaranteed 24 hour response rate too!

To ensure I can execute your vision, I always love to have a planning meeting and get everything out in the open. You’ll tell me all about what’s most important to you on the big day, how involved you truly want to be, and where I can be of the best assistance.
Our second meeting will be the week-of the wedding to finalize your timeline, go over every little detail, and make sure you feel your best! I also introduce myself to your vendors week-of and take over all communication so your only job is to focus on YOU!

Recommendations will also only be sent if your date is available and will include a quote for the service.

These 4 meetings can be scheduled whenever you’d like help with anything from invitation design to RSVP management, or even last-minute checks to make sure you didn’t miss anything!
